This food bowl with a spiral pattern makes it harder for a dog or cat to reach the dry food, so the pet takes smaller bites, eats slower and chews better. The slow feeder has non-slip feet on the bottom and is dishwasher-safe.
Eating fast or gobbling can cause several problems, such as obesity (because the food is not digested as well), stomach torsion and flatulence (because the animal ingests more air). An anti-gobble bowl can help reduce or prevent these problems.
Material
The Eat Slow Live Longer slow feeder is made of food-safe plastic, which is free of BPA, PVC and phthalates. The non-slip feet are made of rubber.
How to use
Use the anti-gobble bowl for daily portion(s) of dry food. Distribute the dry food evenly on the feeding bowl. This food bowl can also be used when giving snacks, so the dog or cat has to make an effort to get the treat.
