Excellent Pets Gland Guard Powder contains prebiotics and probiotics:

• Prebiotics: certain types of fibers that serve as food for beneficial gut bacteria.

• Probiotics: live bacteria, including Enterococcus faecium, which naturally occur in the gastrointestinal tract.

Together, prebiotics and probiotics help support digestion and maintain a balanced gut flora. A healthy gut flora contributes to the natural emptying of the anal glands.

Gland Guard Powder can be used to support:

Feeding recommendation

• <6.5 kg: ¼ small measuring spoon

• 6.5–9 kg: ½ small measuring spoon

• 9–20 kg: 1 small measuring spoon

• 20–30 kg: 1½ small measuring spoon (or ¾ large measuring spoon)

• 30 kg: 1 large measuring spoon

Gradually increase to the recommended amount over the first 5–7 days to allow your pet to adjust to the higher fiber content. Always provide your pet with sufficient fresh drinking water.
